INFLATE & TIE
Inflate balloons and tie/knot together into "duplets" using the TGM pattern.

CREATE CLUSTERS
Twist your medium duplets together to create clusters of 4. Arrange your balloons According to the TGM pattern.
Set your smallest balloons aside for now!

CREATE GARLAND
Use the fishing line in your DIY Kit to tie a knot onto your first cluster. (Hint: the green and blue pair!).
Continue wrapping your fishing line tightly around the following clusters to attach them all together! Once you're done, tie a knot in your fishing line to finish it up!

ADD MINIS
Use the rubber bands in your DIY Kit to attach your smallest balloons together, then attach them to the garland!

HANG
Attach your garland to the wall! We like to use command hooks and extra fishing line to tie the garland on!
